How Much Does Roof Restoration Cost?
Without assessing the condition of your roof, it is difficult to provide an exact price. But, there are several factors that affect the price. Once we inspect your roof, we can provide you with a detailed cost break down. We pride ourselves on our professional services and guarantee our workmanship.
On the lower end, a complete roof restoration starts at $2500 – $3000. This is typical for an average size home, and may not include everything for a full restoration. A full restoration of a shingled roof costs between $5000 to $10,000 depending on the size of the job.
On most occasions, a full roof restoration is not required. Preventative maintenance and gutter cleaning may cost as little as $250 – $400 on a smaller home. For larger homes, it may be more than $600.
How do I make sure I’m getting a good quote?
Its important to do your research and ask as many questions as possible. A professional roofing company that has nothing to hide, can answer any question you may. Not only does transparency go towards professionalism, but it is a sign of experience. In our 97 years of experience, we’ve worked with every kind of roof and have almost all the answers.
Before getting a roofing quote, we recommend you provide as detail as possible. Making an outline of what’s required is a great start. Don’t forget to mention the size of the roof, how many stories, pitch and type of roof you have. The more detail you provide, the more accurate your quote is.
Its important to remember that your original quote may differ after an inspection.
