As we move into our next phase of growth — including team expansion — we are seeking a commercially capable and people-focused General Manager to help lead the business at a senior level.
The Opportunity
This is a true second-in-command role.
You will take ownership of the operational engine of the business, ensuring all departments operate cohesively, profitably, and with clear accountability.
This includes leadership and integration across:
Project delivery
Finance and reporting
Systems (Simpro)
Sales coordination
Administration and people performance
Your mandate is simple but significant: build a scalable structure that protects margins, drives performance, and enables the Managing Director to focus on strategy, growth, and key relationships.
