Over a period of some months, from quote to final inspection, we had contact with about a dozen Roof and Render employees and, without exception, none of them could have provided better service. All were able to find the balance between being professional, friendly, considerate and polite. The communication was of a high standard and as the materials arrived and the job began, we were soon confident we had signed with the right company to make this significant investment. The on-site leadership of the team by Marcus was outstanding. He kept us in the loop constantly and was able to explain the process and his willingness to accommodate minor modifications was appreciated. His work ethic and leading by example are assets to R&R which can set them apart from the teams of competitors. The installation team were fabulous

Replaced our 70s terracotta roof with colourbond, new gutters and a solar vent. They were amazing right from the quote to the final payment. All staff were lovely, helpful and cared. Installation happened one month earlier and finished on budget and time. Highly recommend.

R&R site team were excellent and the small warranty work piece was done without fuss and on time as promised. Cost was very competitive and the property transformation has exceeded expectations.

A very professional company from start to finish. Various people communicated with me about details and scheduling throughout the time from quote acceptance to installation. Their detailed quote was provided within a week of requesting it and included an expected installation month. Installation became possible a month earlier than expected, which we appreciated. Scaffolding arrived a couple of days prior to starting the installation. My specific request regarding having a greater than normal fall on the gutters was implemented and the result looks and works great. The roof sheeting and under roof blanket installation was completed in less than a day and the gutters and other parts completed the following day. The roof looks amazing. What a great, high quality job. The installers were polite and answered all my questions. I couldn't have had a better experience.

The crew at Roof and Render did a fantastic job replacing our very large, tired leaky, concrete tiled roof with a new colorbond roof, blanket insulation, new gutters and facia covers. Price was competitive and the result is great and has really modernised our 80s home. The team were professional throughout. They took good care on the smaller details and were generally very pleasant to talk to through out the project. I appreciated the responsive to all enquires and there was never a feeling of anything being too much trouble to accommodate. As employees I felt confident that they took responsibility to do a good job and keep the site tidy. We felt the benefits of the new insulation and roof immediately and are very happy with the result. With something as important as your roof I'm really glad we went with a company who cares about quality.

Had 50 year old Tiled roof replaced with new Colourbond. Also new gutters, downpipes and Facia fitted. Has Completely changed the look. Under roof insulation has also made a difference to inside temperature. Happy with end result. The team on the job were skilled, thorough, polite and left site clear of all rubbish. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing ANY roof repairs or replacement.

I don't normally write reviews however for Roof and Render I felt they deserved one. From the very start they were professional, polite and on time and this continued the whole way through. The guys who completed the job replacing the roof and all gutters and downpipes were brilliant and the final job was superb. When a job involves a lot of spend there are nerves, I couldn't be happier with the final outcome. We recently had the colorbond roof replaced on our house by Roof and Render due to hail damage and also added a roof blanket and solar vent. The process from start to finish was faultless. They kept in constant communication with us and updated us on any delays on starting our job due to the wet weather. The roof installers did an awesome job and worked very hard. The quality of workmanship definitely shows. All staff and installers we dealt with were very friendly, knowledgeable and made the process very easy. The site was left extremely clean and tidy at the end of each day and after the job was completed. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend anyone looking for a roof replacement to get in contact with Roof and Render.

Roof and Render SA first impressed with their professional and informative website then by the manner in which their staff performed throughout the project. Ryan, the onsite Supervisor, and his team were respectful, kept us informed and worked diligently and skillfully. They always left the site clean and orderly at the end of each day. My wife and I are very pleased with the end result, new colorbond iron roofing and capping replacing concrete tiles on our home and carport as well as repairing some verandah ceiling timbers and a window frame. We would happily recommend Roof and Render SA after our experience.

Outstanding! You need not go anywhere else. Best price, quality service, professional, exceptional attention to detail and were approachable, transparent, friendly and only use high quality Australian products. The team did an excellent job on what was a rather challenging roof replacement. Thru experience and patience... they managed to achieve great flow from the gutters on an uneven house and battled the high elevation, rain and wind to give us a simply stunning roof ... and... amidst all that, were patient and kind to our challenging pooch, kept a clean site, and respected our home and garden. I honestly can't rate them and the company high enough Very VERY impressed.

We have just had our tiled roof and gutters replaced with colorbond iron by Roof & Render. I was extremely happy with the entire process. From Andrew the sales person, to Keith the project manager and the roofers Scott, Garath and the other workers and Carol from the office whom kept us informed on start date etc. The quality of workmanship was excellent. When the job was finished Ron came out to inspect the works to ensure it was up to their expected high standard and to carry out any minor issues if there were any. Overall the professionalism of the company is outstanding and I would not have any hesitation recommending them.

We had our roof, gutters and fascia’s done by Roof and Render. Having such a big job done is a major undertaking and I could not recommend Roof and Render more highly. The job was completed in the time they said, the work site was left immaculately clean with all rubbish removed and the lead roofer was very accommodating with any questions. Roof and Tender were reliable in showing up on time (every time), communication was excellent and they had an amazing follow up service before they would sign the job off to make sure we were 100% happy with the work. We had two skylights installed which were quite tricky and Roof and Render were quick to fix one that we were not as happy with. Not only do we have a stunning new roof and gutters we have light filled rooms now too. I would recommend Roof and Render to anyone who wants a great job done by highly skilled roofing experts. Roof & Render were fantastic! We had a very complex tiled roof with add-on sections of tin roof, resulting in very challenging joins. We had a great installation team, with the team leader truly passionate about his trade. Our house now looks contemporary and no longer a relic of the '70s 😊

Roof & Render are a great local business doing excellent work with an eye for quality. They aren't the cheapest out there, but as always you get what you pay for - and we've found them to be well worth the spend.

A great family company Aside from a little mishap with the sales person Justin (who no longer works for the company), I can’t fault them. Even with months of wet weather and backlog of jobs, they really tried their best. When Stuart came to do my roof restoration, he really came across as a genuine top bloke, really friendly and could tell straight away he was passionate about his job.. which is becoming so rare these days. When he realised some sections of my roof tiles were still in ok condition, he went out of his way to make sure the manufacturer (Austec) could guarantee the product - which they 100% did. Stuart was always on time, kept me up to date and well organised and professional. He kept things clean you’d almost forgot he’d been. The end result of the roof restoration is amazing, the roof looks beyond brand new and could easily last 30-40 years! To think I very nearly went with a particular ‘seal’ company that quoted twice as much in the tens of thousands during a “Spring sale” for a cheaper product that would only last half as long… I’m so glad I discovered Roof and Render SA. They not only have a superior product, competitive price but their workmanship is second to none.

We really appreciated the work and professionalism of roof and render. We got three quotes to replace our asbestos roof and they came in the middle of the pricing. What drew us to them in the first place was their professionalism and their willingness to explain everything to us. The fact that all of their services (asbestos removal, planning and roofing) were all in house was a big selling point for us as all contact went through one central point.

We had to replace an old flat roof. While there were several challenges along the way, the Roof and Render team were professional from start to finish, and we are pleased with the outcome. While not the cheapest out there, no other Adelaide roof company can compare, in my opinion.

This isn't a slap it on and hope for the best operation, there are several steps and procedures for a long lasting finish. Roof and Render did an amazing job at our property, we were incredibly happy with the experience from our first quote, to the last day their team was on the job. I think the quality of a company and the service they provide is more accurately assessed by a job that doesn’t go smoothly as opposed to one that does. I chose Roof & Render after getting a couple of quotes, not because they were the cheapest but because of their history as a family owned business, claiming high standards of workmanship. Our house has an older roof with a difficult pitch and a problem emerged mid job that resulted in an appearance I wasn’t happy with, so I spoke up. Immediately it was all about my concerns and getting it done to my satisfaction. A new roof is a big investment, so you’ve got to be happy with the job. But every roof is different, so the communication channels must be open between the customer and the company to get it done right. Rest assured with Roof & Render this is most certainly the case. We’ve ended up with a rock-solid roof that looks awesome – very pleased!

We went against all our usual practice in not obtaining more than one quote in this instance: my brother had employed Roof and Render to restore the tiled room on his home. From our first dealings with Roof & Render, David Abbott brought professionalism, experience, confidence, and courtesy. Keith and his team brought these same characteristics into the actual workings of removal of old roof, and replacement with new one, transforming our son's home. At all times Marcus and his crew worked at a team, always polite, informing us of process, and cleaning up each day! We are so pleased with the end result!! Roof & Render came out and gave us a verbal quote of "around $2500". The next day, I get a phone call saying the cost is actually $3700. How can you get it THAT wrong? EDIT I have since got a phone call from Roof & Render and they have acknowledged that they got it wrong this time around. While I note that the initial quote was verbal and I knew that it wasn't THE quote, I wasn't ready for that big of a discrepancy. I can not fault the customer service of this business from the first contact to the person who gave the quote to Yvonne who called to apologise, everyone has been friendly and respectful.

These guys were great, full replacement of old tile roof with Colorbond, new gutters and facia cladding. Very professional and friendly team, loved the attention to detail and the willingness to co-ordinate with the team replacing our ducted air-conditioning at the same time. Cannot recommend them highly enough, we are very happy with the finished job and I am sure it has added significantly to the value of our home.

We contacted Roof and Render for a quote on re-tiling / re-pointing for our newly purchased house (1970s build). They subsequently discovered a major structural problem in the roof. It wasn't good news for us, but they gave great advice when we were feeling overwhelmed. Their customer service is fantastic and everyone we have dealt with along they way has been super friendly and professional. They fixed the structural problem in the roof and replaced old tile with colourbond. The job was completed extremely fast, really happy. Definitely recommend them.

Roof and Render changed our roof from old tiles to new Colorbond in April 2018. I totally recommend this company because they were fantastic to deal with and they also did exactly what was promised. The tradesmen were also really good blokes they were all happy and friendly . our solar roof vent was not ready when the roof was completed but about a week later I noticed that was completed as promised. I totally recommend Roof And Render SA.
