Oversee and coordinate the work of roofing teams on various job sites
Plan and schedule tasks, and manage materials and equipment
Provide on-site training and guidance to team members combined with Operations Coordinator
Communicate effectively with project managers and clients as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues
